The suspension of the Dunchon Jugong reconstruction in Seoul is showing signs of prolongation.
The resolution of the conflict was delayed as the construction project team rejected the arbitration proposal proposed by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
Relatively, the union is in a precarious situation.

The three major arbitration proposals proposed by the Seoul Metropolitan Government stand out.
Based on the increased construction cost of 3.2 trillion won, the contract will be changed, the loss due to delay in sales and construction interruption will be paid by the association, and the lawsuit filed by the association with the construction group will be withdrawn.
Most of the contents were requested by the construction team, but the construction team rejected it, and the union is in the position of accepting it as a whole.
The construction team, who rejected the arbitration proposal, emphasized that the union must first withdraw the lawsuit before negotiation is possible.
In particular, it was placed on the condition that the cost of all necessary items, such as extension of the construction period and additional finishing materials, would be reflected in the agreement.
Behind the argument that the cost should be considered in detail, the intention is to clearly state that the union is responsible for all of this.
The relatively upsetting side is the combination.
This is because the cooperative bears the burden of maturity of loans of 700 billion won in business expenses scheduled for next month and 1.4 trillion won in moving expenses scheduled for August.
The ‘Seoul Forest Trimaje’ incident, in which the right to pre-sale was deprived as the cooperative went bankrupt because it could not afford the financial expenses, inevitably overlapped.
It is known that the union will drop the lawsuit only after the construction resumes, so it will not be easy to find a point of contact for the time being.
Depending on the results of the ‘Dunchon Jugong Cooperative Operation Status Inspection’ conducted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the possibility that this situation will prolong cannot be ruled out.
