Dubai: E-scooter driving permits can now be obtained online. You need to visit the RTA website and provide details. Then you can get the permit by passing the 30 minute free online theory exam through the website.
Only pass with at least 75% marks in the examination. Winners will be able to download the license permit.
Driving without a permit carries a fine of 200 dirhams.
