ECF issued 3 tranches of debentures, maturity 1-3 years, interest 7-7.25%, offered to institutions – large companies : InfoQuest

East Coast Furnitech Public Company Limited (ECF) filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the issuance and offering of name-bearer debentures. Unsubordinated, unsecured, debenture holder representative and the debenture issuer has the right to redeem the debentures before maturity No. 1/2022, total value not exceeding 800 million baht.

First batch, maturity year 2023, fixed interest rate 7.00% per annum throughout the debenture term, 1 year maturity, payable every 3 months throughout the debenture term. The offering value is not more than 200 million baht.

The second set, maturity year 2024, fixed interest rate 7.15% per annum throughout the bond term, 2 years, interest payment every 3 months throughout the bond term. The offering value is not more than 400 million baht and the reserve bond is not more than 200 million baht.

The third set is due for redemption in the year of B.E. 2025 Fixed interest rate 7.25% per annum throughout the bond term 3 years interest payment every 3 months throughout the bond term The offering value is not more than 400 million baht and the reserve bond is not more than 200 million baht.

The Company will offer such debentures to institutional and/or large investors. Between 6-8 June 65, the first tranche of bond underwriter is Siam Wealth Securities, the second tranche of bond underwriter and the 3rd tranche is Pai Securities, A Securities. SL Kingsford Securities and Siam Wealth Securities

TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. rated the creditworthiness of the bond issuers. “BB+” Rating Outlook “Stable” as of July 30, 2021

In this regard, ECF notifies the purpose of using the proceeds for 1. Repayment of the ECF226A debentures due in June 65, amounting to 290.55 million baht, 2. To exercise the right to redeem the debentures model ECF231A on July 25, 65, the amount 225 million baht 3. To pay off loans of 200 million baht 4. To use as working capital of the company and its subsidiaries to buy raw materials and parts used in furniture production. and for use in the business operation of the subsidiary company 84.45 million baht
