Iman Al-Hosari Undergoes Delicate Operation in Germany After Medical Error

Renowned journalist Iman Al-Hosari is set to undergo a critical operation in Germany, following a series of health complications stemming from a medical error that nearly claimed his life three years ago.

Al-Hosari, the presenter of the popular “Masa DMC” program, initially underwent surgery at a Cairo hospital in 2021. However, a medical mistake during the procedure led to a string of severe health issues, necessitating multiple major surgeries.

The New Cairo District Misdemeanor Court has since convicted the surgeon responsible, Dr. M.G., sentencing them to two years’ imprisonment with labor and bail in Case No. 7691 of 2021, Section 5, New Cairo.
