Candidates can submit their applications through ÖSYM Application Centers, the ÖSYM website at https://ais.osym.gov.tr, or via the ÖSYM Aday İşlemleri Mobile Application.

Late applications will be accepted between March 3-4, 2024.

The 2024 EKPSS exam is scheduled to be administered on April 28, 2024.

According to information from the Turkish Ministry of Family and Social Services, results from the 2022 EKPSS and related lottery registrations remain valid for four years. Individuals who participated in the 2022 EKPSS or submitted a lottery application are eligible to apply for the 2024 EKPSS/Kura if they choose.

The ÖSYM EKPSS preference guide, which details the placement process based on EKPSS scores and lottery results, is anticipated to be released once the ÖSYM EKPSS preference schedule is finalized. Candidates are advised to monitor the official ÖSYM website at http://www.osym.gov.tr for updates regarding the release date of the preference guide.

The 2024 preference guide is expected to provide updated information on quotas, criteria, and procedures for the selection process. Candidates are advised to carefully review the guide upon its release to ensure they meet all requirements and deadlines.

During the preference period, candidates should prioritize selecting positions that align with the criteria specified in the preference guide. Staying informed about announcements from ÖSYM and completing applications within the designated timeframe are crucial for a successful application process.

The EKPSS preference guide plays a vital role in the placement of disabled public personnel candidates, providing detailed information on how the selection process will be conducted, including the criteria for allocating positions based on EKPSS scores and lottery results.

Information regarding the specific types of high schools, university programs, and fields of study relevant to the EKPSS can be found in tables published by ÖSYM, including TABLO-1, TABLO-2, TABLO-3, and TABLO-4.
