The burgundy team claimed their fifth championship win, thanks to a remarkable free kick by Guliashvili in the 25th minute. This impressive goal sealed the deal for Sarajevo.

The match at the City Stadium was marked by a series of yellow cards, with referee Frane Jelić awarding five to Sarajevo players, while only Despotović received a yellow card for Borca. According to Jelić’s assessment, Sarajevo committed 26 fouls, whereas Borca’s players were more restrained, with only eight fouls.
