Eleven Labs Expands AI Horizons to Music Creation, Receives Warm Social Media Response

Eleven Labs, a leading voice artificial intelligence (AI) startup, has expanded its scope to artificial intelligence for music creation. Instead of revealing the details, he is receiving a warm response through an impromptu rally on social media. Some already say it’s better than “Suno”.

Venture Beat reported on the 9th (local time) that Eleven Labs unveiled a model that generates songs with lyrics as prompts.

Amar Resh, head of design at Eleven Labs, released music with 3 minutes of lyrics

He continued: “If you have an idea for a song, upload some suggestions and lyrics. We’ll create a song for you.”

As a result, various music genres have been created based on requests posted by users.

This includes music commemorating the company’s first anniversary, requested by AI video creation startup Picard, as well as unique music like ’90s hip-hop rap that teaches you how to make spaghetti carbonara.’

Additionally, songs like “Monkey Who Loves Surfing” created a melody with a bright, upbeat tone as well as comedic lyrics. The genre has gone beyond pop and rap and has also created songs in Italian. Among the requests was to upload K-pop, but there were so many that we were no longer able to respond.

In response, some users praised it, calling it “the best tool I’ve ever seen.” Notably, not only is the quality of the music created excellent, but it goes a step further by citing as an advantage that the lyrics contain accurate meaning.

Notably, this disclosure method was used by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman when he introduced “Sora” last February. Instead of a detailed product introduction, this is a demonstration method that reveals real samples and produces results immediately upon user request.

Eleven Labs, in fact, did not reveal the description of the model, nor the training data, nor the release program or even the name.

In this regard, Venture Beat predicted: “Eleven Labs has enabled users to sell AI-replicated voices through the voice library marketplace launched in January” and added: “Users will also be able to sell AI-generated songs ‘artificial intelligence”.
