The nominations for the 77th edition of the Emmy Awards, the top television award, were announced on Tuesday.
Apple TV +’s “Severance” series was the most successful with 27 nominations, according to the television academy.
“The Penguin” of HBO Max followed him with 24 nominations. “The Studio” and “The White Lotus” tied in third place with 23 nominations each.
The complete list of nominees was announced by the “Running Point” star, Brenda Song, and the “What We do in the Shadows” Harvey Guillén.
The awards ceremony will be held at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California.
Comedian Nate Bargatze will present the Emmy, which will be broadcast live this Sunday, September 14 by the CBS chain and in streaming by Paramount+ from 8:00 pm Miami time.
The red carpet of the gala will be broadcast live from 7:00 pm Miami time in CBS and Paramount+.
