By leveraging the role of party building in leading community governance, a simple leisure pavilion has been successfully transformed into a cultural pavilion that showcases the unique culture of the residents and promotes neighborhood exchanges.

In the process of designing and constructing the community cultural pavilion, the Municipal Local Affairs Bureau partnered with the Ningsong Community Party Committee to conduct extensive investigations and gain insights into the needs and aspirations of the residents.
