Key Responsibilities
The Property Underwriter will be expected to:

Qualifications
Candidates shoudl possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property underwriting, with at least 3 years focused on E&S property lines.
- Strong understanding of the E&S market, regulatory environments, and coverage forms.
- Proven ability to assess complex risks, set competitive pricing, and manage underwriting decisions effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in underwriting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certifications such as CPCU, ARM, or similar designations are a plus.
