EVGA Ends NVIDIA Partnership … Complete Withdrawal from GPU Market

EVGA, NVIDIA’s GPU partner and largest shareholder in North America, has officially announced a partnership with NVIDIA and a complete withdrawal from the GPU market.

The news was confirmed through major foreign media Tomshardware, Theverge, and GamersNexus, and EVGA CEO Andrew Han said, “I will not be present at NVIDIA’s new product announcement, and I hope that many people do not question it. That’s why I did it. clear in advance.”

Profitability is assumed to be the primary cause of termination of this partnership. EVGA’s CEO said, “78% of sales come from graphics cards, 20% from power supplies, and 2% from coolers and motherboards.

In addition, EVGA said that it will not produce the RTX 40 series, and that the current line will continue until the stock of the current generation ends. In this regard, in consumer after-sales service and product warranty, NVIDIA spokesman Bryan Del Rizzo said, ‘the current generation of products will continue to support EVGA’.

As a result, the general A/S period during the product warranty period does not seem to be a major problem, but it is expected that there will be some restrictions after the stock is completely exhausted and after the series RTX 30 expires.
