WIP, who is in dispute with actress Kim Min-jung, has submitted an application for dispute mediation to the Korea Entertainment Management Association.
On the 11th, an official from WIP’s agency said, “I submitted an application for mediation of dispute with Kim Min-jung to the Korea Entertainment Management Association.”
Earlier, it was reported that WIP and Kim Min-jung were having an exclusive contract dispute. On the 3rd, an official from WIP said, “Kim Min-jung sent a proof regarding the termination of the exclusive contract. There is a difference of opinion.”
On the 5th, through an official position, he said, “I signed an exclusive contract with Kim Min-jung on March 21, 2019.” He added, “Since the exclusive contract with Kim Min-jung, there has not been a single breach of contractual obligations.”
He also emphasized, “We will continue to take an active stance to resolve disagreements over the extension of the exclusive contract with Kim Min-jung.”
Meanwhile, Kim Min-jung is appearing in the tvN drama ‘Devil Judge’ as Jeong Seon-ah.
