2024 China Cultural Tourism Industry Expo to be Held in Tianjin
The 2024 China Cultural Tourism Industry Expo, hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and co-organized by the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Beijing Xinglv International Media Co., Ltd., and the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., will be held from September 13 to 16 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Tianjin).
The expo’s theme, “Experience New Culture and Tourism and Enjoy New Life,” focuses on new demands, new markets, and new formats of the cultural and tourism industry, emphasizing specialization, marketization, and internationalization. The event will feature 9 exhibition halls with a total exhibition area of 150,000 square meters.
The indoor exhibition halls will include:
- The theme hall, showcasing the latest achievements and developments of the national cultural and tourism industry.
- The outdoor equipment hall, featuring the latest outdoor gear and technology.
- The smart tourism hall, highlighting innovative solutions for the tourism industry.
- The Tianjin Good Things Hall, showcasing cultural and tourism industry products.
- The provincial and municipal halls, showcasing the cultural and tourism resources of tourist destinations.
- The Tianjin Hall, highlighting the city’s unique cultural and tourism offerings.
- The Chaowan Culture Hall, featuring animation and national style culture.
Over 270 groups and 2,000 companies, including units directly under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, cultural and tourism departments, enterprises, and industry associations, will participate in the exhibition.
The expo will feature a range of activities, including an opening ceremony and 23 supporting events, in the form of “exhibition + transaction + conference.” This will provide a platform for exhibitions and displays of the cultural and tourism industries, a space for negotiation and transaction, and a base for innovation, research, and development.
The event will showcase the deep integration of multiple business formats, including commerce, culture, tourism, sports, and agriculture, and highlight Tianjin’s new style of cultural and tourism that is urban, youthful, and humanistic.
