Experience the Exclusive ‘Butterfly Effect’ Cocktail Pop-Up at Gerard Lounge

Vancouver, British Columbia – Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar and Published on Main will host a pop-up event, Published IN the Gerard Lounge, on November 25 and 26 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Guests can enjoy a selection of cocktails from Published’s seasonal menu, Butterfly Effect, in the cozy atmosphere of the Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver’s Gerard Lounge. The event features a curated menu of light bites created by Executive Chefs Roger Ma and Gus Stieffenhofer–Brandson.
Cocktail Highlights:
- Kaleidoscope: A champagne cocktail made with Flor De Caῆa 18, cinnamon lemon oleo, chocolate bitters, Ruinart Brut, and bergamot.
- American Dream: Inspired by team member Lacey Roberts’ Midwestern roots, this drink includes Michter’s American Whisky, sweet corn, smoke, and oak.
- Published Martini XI: A popular choice, this cocktail features Peddlers Shanghai Gin, white tea, 5 spice, black vinegar, and toasted yeast.
Joe Casson, the Beverage Director at Published on Main, explains that the Butterfly Effect menu reflects the personal journeys and stories of the bar team.
