Medical Work Environment Improvement Support in Gunma Prefecture

By dispatching medical business management advisors or medical labor management advisors, we provide tailored support to address the unique challenges faced by each institution.

Purpose and Objectives

Our primary objective is to promote a better working environment in medical institutions across Gunma Prefecture. To achieve this, we respond to the specific needs of each institution by offering consultations, advice, and training sessions. Our support services are designed to empower medical institutions to create a more positive and productive work environment.

Program Outline

Eligible Institutions

Hospitals and paid clinics in Gunma Prefecture are eligible to participate in our program.

Program Duration

Our program runs from May 2024 to March 2025.

Location

Training sessions and consultations will be held in conference rooms provided by participating medical institutions.

Program Details

Depending on the specific needs of each institution, we will dispatch either a medical business management advisor or a medical labor management advisor to provide support.

Program Expenses

Our program is offered free of charge to participating medical institutions.

Application Process

To apply, please submit the application form by fax or email to the Gunma Prefecture Medical Work Environment Improvement Support Center.

Application Deadline

Applications must be submitted at least one month prior to the desired implementation date. The final application deadline is the end of February 2025.
