Chat with ‘Dan Stevens’ who plays Trapper, a vet, and ‘Rebecca Hall’ who plays Dr. Andrews.

Have you ever thought you’d be in a huge monster movie like this?

land – “I didn’t think about it before. It was a dream to share the screen with cultural icons like Kong and Godzilla. And then there are movie legends like Rebecca Hall and Brian Tyree Henry too, which makes it even more special. It’s a very big film. That’s my first story.”

What is this story about and what is the power of the film?

land – “The main focus and events have to be about Godzilla and Kong. In this part, we will explore the story and history of Kong in more detail. Today’s technology allows us to create beautiful images that we were unable to do years ago. This point is interesting. Including a heartwarming and fully human story between the characters of Rebecca Hall and her stepson, Jia, there is also a lot of action fun and adventure. At this point the character I played comes into play And there is a fun interaction with Bernie as well, with lots of fun activities. The poignant moments and the humor all come together.”

What about Kong and Godzilla? Do you enjoy playing scenes like this?

land – “It’s amazing. I had to imagine these two running rampant next to us, my character also had to interact with Kong. It’s an interesting scene. Kong is one of’ the best co-actors I’ve ever worked with.”

So was working on the actual Daintree Forest location exciting or scary?

land – “Very exciting. I like being able to experience nature and see different parts of it. from a world never seen before But Brian Tyree Henry was a bit scarier. For me, it was fun to see him not enjoying being around spiders, snakes, I think for the first time in a while. Set filming required a snake catcher to protect it In case a python crawled up the crane. That has happened before. The crew said, ‘Okay, we need to take a five minute break to move the huge snake that came to visit the set.’ It was fun.”

Had to play the scene of falling into Kong’s mouth. How are you?

land – “I had to fall from the roof of a huge studio building, probably 65 feet, it felt very high. But it’s a really cool character introduction. I like doing scenes like this.”

What do you hope viewers get from watching the film?

land – “I want the audience to see this film in the largest possible format. With the biggest and biggest sound system I talked to a lot of people. People said during the filming of this movie, ‘We like the monster fight scenes.’ I understand that people come to see these types of films. Just to see the two monsters. But the human side of the story is a fun addition too. And I hope this part will entertain the audience as well.”

for ‘Rebecca Hall’ Take the role ‘Dr. Eileen Andrews’

Returned to being a character with knowledge and expertise.

Rebecca – “I loved every second of making this film. I loved working with Adam Wingard, and having him do a second film made a huge difference. Because it makes the work atmosphere relaxing. We start working knowing that it worked the first time. I know he understands how to make this kind of film. and understand how to make the next film So I went to the set. and having fun with friends Which is another advantage.”

What was the trigger to start this new adventure?

Rebecca – “From the previous film. My character, Eileen Andrews, was promoted. She becomes more and more powerful in the Monarch Organisation. Meanwhile, her daughter Jia begins to experience the onset of adolescence. Want to separate myself from my parents But in her case it’s more serious because she can talk to Kong and save the world. Various stories It’s about to start again in a different form. And it’s very exciting.”

What was Kong like at the beginning of the movie?

Rebecca – “In the last film Kong has found a home. And the concept of the meaning of the word home is introduced. Parallel to the relationship between Jia and Andrews is a family born of adoption. And that parallel meaning continues in this film. In the sense that Kong felt alone and wanted to know if there were or are other living things. Is there anything like it? Jia, the last living member of the Evy people, feels lonely too. The pair set out to discover their own origins. Meanwhile, Godzilla sleeps in the Colosseum. “

Director: Adam – Dan Stevens – Rebecca Hall

What is it like to work in the Daintree Forest? There are slugs that fall from trees.

Rebecca – “That’s okay. The name is Gympee. Someone explained to me that it looks like a leaf. But there are hundreds of small thorns, and if you rub them, they will stick to your skin and you will itch for a long time. And then the cassowary Do not look into his eyes. We filmed during puppy season. And mother birds are very fierce when they are protecting their young, I understand that. In the forest Daintree is an amazing animal, crocodiles, snakes, we have it all.”

How will you invite people to watch this film? What should the audience get back?

Rebecca – “If you want to travel to experience excitement, fun, laughter, impressions and receive every experience you deserve in the most fulfilling way. This is the movie for you.”
