What is the Fair Price Lease program?
It is a line of the Minvu housing policy promoted in the context of the “Housing Emergency Plan” that seeks to generate a massive park of public housing to rent to lower-income familieswho meet the requirements of the Housing Rental Subsidy Program (DS 52).
In addition, prioritization criteria related to the social and/or housing vulnerability of the families, the condition of victims or in a camp situation are incorporated.
