A 29-year-old man is accused of impersonating a surgeon and performing unqualified cosmetic procedures on women he met at a downtown park. Toronto Police began their investigation after responding to an assault call near Bay St. and Queens Quay.
Constable Shannon Eames reported that the man introduced himself as Harvey Archambeau, claiming to be a surgeon at a local hospital. He offered cosmetic procedures at his home.
The women visited his residence, believing they were receiving Botox, Ozempic, and Salmon DNA injections. They grew suspicious of his actions and later discovered he was not qualified to perform these procedures. The women then contacted the police.
