Fakhar again won the fight of the century with Daryl

Daryl Mitchell scored a century in the first ODI. Pakistan’s Fakhar Zaman scored a century in reply. Pakistan won based on his century. Daryl also scored a century in the second ODI on Saturday. In response to his century, as usual, Fakhar Zaman also scored a century. Based on his unbeaten 180-run innings, Pakistan won the target of 337 runs thrown by New Zealand with 10 balls and 7 wickets in hand. It led to a 2-0 lead in the series.

New Zealand lost the toss and lost the wicket of Will Young for 33 runs. Darryl then played a major part in his second-wicket 86 with teammate Chad Bowes and 183 in the third with Tom Latham to take the team’s total to 336.

Bowes scored 51 with 7 fours and Latham scored 98 runs with 8 fours and 1 six. And Mitchell scored 129 runs off 119 balls with 8 fours and 3 sixes. Kiwis got a big collection of 336 runs after losing 5 wickets.

Haris Rauf took 4 wickets with 78 runs in 10 overs. Nasim Shah took the other wicket.

Chasing a huge target of 337 runs, Pakistan lost the wicket of Imam-ul-Haq for 66 runs. He scored 24 runs and was dismissed by Matt Henry. From there, Fakhar Zaman and Babar Azam took the team’s collection to 201. Babar got out for 65 runs with 5 fours and 1 six. Asadullah Shafiq could not score more than 7 runs.

After that, Fakhar and Mohammad Rizwan made a partnership of 119 runs from 86 balls for the fourth wicket and left the field to win the team.

Fakhar remained unbeaten on 180 off 144 balls with 17 fours and 6 sixes. With him, Rizwan remained unbeaten on 54 runs off 41 balls with 6 fours.

Fakhar Zaman was the man of the match after playing an impeccable innings.
