Fallen Hero: Ministry of National Defense Mourns Loss of Brave Soldier in the Line of Duty

In the written statement made by the Ministry of National Defense, “Our heroic comrade, Marine Lieutenant Mustafa Kemal Öz, who was injured as a result of the accident that occurred on November 5, 2024, during training in the Riva Beykoz / Istanbul Underwater Defense Command, was martyred despite all the interventions made in the hospital where he was immediately taken. “May God have mercy on our beloved martyr who lost his life in this incident which filled us with deep pain and sadness, and we offer our condolences and patience to his grieving family, the Turkish Armed Forces and our noble nation .”
