Farina sings about heartbreak with “The Last Cup”

The renowned Colombian singer, Farina, presented her most recent single titled “La Última Copa”, which was inspired by a period of heartbreak in her life.

The artist herself composed the song in collaboration with Julian Turizo and Slow, who was also in charge of the musical production.

“I was inspired by the dark moments I went through in a relationship, by disappointment, by being hurt with someone who in the end you understand that what they did was help you become stronger and understand what you deserve,” the artist explained.

For Farina “La Última Copa” is a special song with which he focuses on the pop ballad, adding his particular chanteo in the verses. “I wanted to have a song where everything I felt was reflected in my voice,” the performer explained.

The release of the single is accompanied by a visualizer that reflects the concept that Farina has prepared for this year.

It should be noted that the singer recently received great receptivity with her collaboration with Jamaican artist Sean Paul on the song “Vibe”, which already has more than 5.5 million views on her YouTube channel.

In addition, “Vibe” was nominated in the “Crossover Collaboration of the Year” category for the Premio Lo Nuestro gala that will take place on February 22 to recognize the excellence of Latin music as chosen by the public.

“I worked hard to fulfill the dream of working with Sean Paul and knowing that the song is bearing fruit makes me feel very happy. I know that after this collaboration I must give much more; and that’s what it’s all about, continuing to give my audience the best,” Farina said.

The artist also announced that her album is about to be released, after three years of work and stated that she feels ready to deliver it to her audience and wants each song to be a unique experience, each visual a deeper approach to her audience.
