The lowest temperature in the morning in Seoul was minus 19.9 degrees Celsius.
The entire country was stuck in a record-breaking cold wave for the second day.
A woman in her 80s collapsed and died in a flat car park, and a bus froze at a stop.

This morning, a container office in Yongsan, Seoul.
When water is poured into the water purifier, it freezes immediately, just like smoke rises.
“Is this possible in Korea? Very strange”
When I came out and poured water on the stone, a column of ice rose from the spot like magic.

“It was cold on the way to work in the morning, so I poured water to drink coffee, but as soon as I poured it, it froze.”
The lowest temperature in Seoul this morning is minus 19.9 degrees Celsius.
The Han River, which usually freezes for more than five days when the minimum temperature is below -10 degrees, froze in two days this time.
While Lake Park in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do was also frozen, I went to Pocheon, which is the coldest place in Gyeonggi-do, and hung out a wet towel.
Pocheon, where General Dong attacked, went down to minus 23 degrees this morning.
Even a wet towel like this was frozen solid in 5 minutes.
At a temple in Jinan, Jeollabuk-do, icicles were seen rising as purified water froze.

“In the vicinity of Mt. Mai, it is usually (minus) 20 or 25 degrees. Around 5 o’clock, I picked up purified water and put it back up again. But within an hour, it came the icicle up.”
Cheorwon, Gangwon-do recorded -28.1 degrees Celsius, and Seoraksan Mountain’s sensible temperature dropped to -43.3 degrees below zero.
There were also accidents in the heavy rain.
Morning rush hour, a bus passes Samseong Station in Seoul.
Suddenly all the passengers get up and start to get away.

The bus running through the cold wave broke down.

“The car is frozen and not working because of the cold wave, so I think you should get in or get out of the car behind you…”
An elderly man in his 80s with an underlying disease collapsed and died in the minus 15 degrees Celsius cold in an apartment parking lot in Jincheon, Chungcheongbuk-do.
In a shopping mall in Ulsan, a water pipe burst and the entire building was covered in ice, and in Busan, a steel sign crashed and fell down the road as a cold wave and strong wind overlapped.
Today, 140 cases of freezing and breaking meters were received across the country.
In Boeun, North Chungcheong Province, and in the barn in Okcheon, heating equipment fires occurred one after the other, such as overheating of the heating wire to prevent the boiler from freezing and causing a fire.
