FIFA World Cup ticket holders can visit Saudi Arabia

Visa service to visit Saudi Arabia has started for Qatar FIFA World Cup ticket holders. A visa application can be made through the online platform of the Ministry of External Affairs. On Sunday, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched an electronic visa service that will allow those holding a fan card or Haya card for the Qatar World Cup to visit Saudi Arabia for free. Haya card holders can apply for a Saudi visa through the website https://visa.mofa.gov.sa. The option to apply for HAYA card holders is available on the website from the last day. Although the visa fee will be paid by the Saudi government, applicants are advised to take out a health insurance policy.

Haya card holders can stay in Saudi Arabia for up to 60 days on this visa. Along with visiting the tourist centers and historical places of Saudi Arabia, Muslims will have the opportunity to perform Umrah and visit Madinah. Haya card holders will be granted a visa to visit Saudi Arabia even if they have not visited Qatar.

Qatar has launched a new ticketing application for the 2022 Football World Cup. FIFA said the service will be available on Google Play and the App Store. The app will enable users to access tickets, change their information and easily send them to others. Ticket counter sales will begin on October 18 at two ticket centers opening at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC).
