england’s men’s and women’s hockey teams both faced setbacks in their opening matches of the FIH Hockey Pro League in Dublin on December 10, 2025. The men’s team lost 4-1 to Germany,while the women were defeated 3-0 by Belgium in a challenging start to the competition.
