The lawyer of the Prosecutor’s Office of the commune of San Vicente de Tagua Tagua, Andrés Jara, announced the formalization of a defendant for the crime of frustrated homicide and violation of the Weapons Control and Reception Law.
He maintained that it was an expanded formalization of last April 5 of this year, where at night, in the commune of San Vicente, specifically at the intersection of German Riesco and Callejones streets, the events occurred.
After the formalization, the most burdensome precautionary measure of preventive detention was established, with an investigation period of 70 days, a period of time during which the Prosecutor’s Office will gather new information that will allow it to substantiate its accusation.
