Foreign dealer arrested who bought stolen or lost mobile phones and sold them at high prices

The subway police division of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency arrested a Pakistani national who bought a stolen or lost mobile phone and sold it to a foreign stolen property dealer.

The man bought stolen or lost mobile phones for 8 months from October last year for 200,000 to 1 million each, then resold them to foreign sellers in Vietnam, Mongolia, and Sri Lanka at a traditional market in downtown Seoul. taking a profit of 10,000 won.

The police have caught and traced the man’s identity while investigating sellers of property stolen from abroad and who have made a profit through similar methods.
