Nam Young-hee, former vice president of the Democratic Research Institute of the Democratic Party of Korea, who lost to People Power Party lawmaker Yoon Sang-hyun in Incheon Dong-Michuhol-eul in the April 22, 10 general election, decided to file a lawsuit to invalidate the elections.

According to the political world, on the 28th, former Vice President Nam announced on Facebook the previous day: “We will hold a press conference to file a lawsuit to invalidate the election in the Supreme Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul, at 10:00. on the 29th.”

Former Vice President Nam lost to Rep. Yoon by a margin of 1,025 votes in this general election.

The purpose is that a procedural error occurred in Incheon-dong and Michuhol because the Election Commission violated election rules by not properly announcing the vote counting process.

Former Vice President Nam also lost the general election four years ago by a margin of 171 votes.

Previously, former deputy director Nam raised the issue on the 10th, the day of the general elections, requesting that some ballot boxes be double-checked while counting votes.

Subsequently, former Vice President Nam announced his intention to accept the election results.
