Your Role and Responsibilities
As an early member of the engineering team, you will have the chance to shape the product and the company’s technical direction. Your responsibilities will include:
Full-Stack Contribution: You will work across the entire technology stack, from managing cloud infrastructure (Azure via Bicep, CI/CD with GitHub Actions) to developing elegant prompting strategies for SOTA LLMs, and crafting intuitive user experiences with a Next.js/TypeScript frontend and Python backend, all powered by PostgreSQL.
User Collaboration: Directly engage with legal professionals to deeply understand their workflows, challenges, and evolving needs.
pipeline Architecture and Scaling: Design and implement scalable document ingestion and processing pipelines that enable fast, accurate search and data extraction for massive legal document sets.
