Producer and DJ Fred Again.. has dropped “Victory lap,” a collaboration with grime artist Skepta and U.S.rapper PlaqueBoyMax. The track,released today via atlantic,is Fred Again..’s first official release this year.
Fred Again.. previewed “Victory Lap” during recent Twitch streams. He also announced the release on Instagram, telling fans, “Streaming later. Releasing something.” He then live-streamed a release party from a pop-up rave at the Brooklyn Paramount in new York, where he played the new song.
fred Again..’s album, ‘Ten Days,’ was released last September and featured Anderson .Paak, Skrillex, The Japanese House, and Chika. NME gave the album a four-star review,noting its exploration of love and dancefloor energy.
In December 2024, Fred Again.. concluded the ’Ten Days’ chapter with the mini EP ‘Two More Days.’ Earlier this year, he was seen in the studio with Justin Bieber, fueling speculation about a future collaboration.
