Vodafone Network Glitch Resolved

Vodafone network services are back to working normally and permanently, after the company completed an emergency update of internet and call services, which caused outages for some customers.

Some Vodafone network users complained of network glitches early on Monday morning, but the issue has since been resolved.

During the outage, some Vodafone network users were able to make some calls and check balances and packages as usual.

A Vodafone customer care representative confirmed that the error occurred as a result of some service updates, which caused a network error for some of the company’s customers.

The updates started at exactly two in the morning, and by seven in the morning on Monday, everything was back to normal, with all customers able to call normally on any network.

In response to concerns about balance withdrawals on social media, the customer service officer denied the rumors, stating that any customer can access the “Ana Vodafone” application to verify their balance.

Vodafone’s troubleshooting team worked to complete the service as soon as possible and return it to all customers as normal.
