Fundrise Launches AI Platform to Democratize Real Estate Investing
Fundrise, the online investment platform known for opening up private real estate and technology investments to individual investors, is now entering the artificial intelligence space. The company launched RealAI, a new platform designed to provide real estate professionals and individual investors with instant access to detailed market intelligence.
RealAI offers high-level data ranging from neighborhood income and migration trends to multifamily comparable properties and average rents, analyzed down to the individual property level. Fundrise co-founder and CEO Ben Miller believes the tool surpasses the capabilities of generalized AI like ChatGPT.
“It does the work of a real estate analyst, and it’s for anyone,” Miller told CNBC. “We went out and built a database of, now, 3.5 trillion data points of all the real estate knowledge you want. That’s every property in America.”
Currently focused on residential data,Fundrise plans to expand RealAI to other commercial real estate sectors within six months. the platform is free for the first twelve uses, then offers a standard plan for $69 per month.
Fundrise gathers its data from a combination of public records and private databases.
