Tamer Hosni took to Instagram to share the story behind the cake. He wrote, “Ahmed Esam used to swear to me that there was a cat next to his house, and he would look at it and say, ‘Meow’ instead of ‘Sto.’ To confirm this, I got him a cake with a picture of a cat and the word ‘Sto’ written on it.”
Ahmed Esam responded to the gift with a clip from Tamer Hosni’s song “Teacher,” expressing his amusement and playfully pretending to be upset.
