Games for Change Expands Board to Boost Social Impact

Games for Change (G4C), a nonprofit leveraging games and immersive media for social good, has broadened its board of directors.This strategic move aims to amplify the association’s influence in education, health, and civic engagement through innovative partnerships.
the new board members bring diverse expertise to support G4C’s mission to empower game creators and innovators. The organization’s initiatives include the G4C Student Challenge,reaching students in 76 countries,the annual G4C Festival in New York City,and the Games & SDG Summit at the United Nations.
New members joining the board are Samir El Agili, chairman of Tilting Point; Benjamin Golant, senior director for Global Game Policy at Tencent Americas; Tammy Levine, general manager for Xbox Marketing at Microsoft; Evan Segal, president of Segal Ventures; and Mark Stanley, founder of Yelnats Collective. They will collaborate with current board members, including Leo Olebe, Asi Burak, Matthew Everitt, Tracy Fullerton, Bruce Hack, Erik Huey, Alan Lewis, Stephanie Lo, Amy Morhaime, and Stan Pierre-Louis.
Susanna Pollack, president of Games for Change, emphasized the importance of games in fostering empathy and inspiring the next generation. She noted that the board’s collective experience will strengthen G4C’s ability to forge partnerships and scale its impact.
