Electricity supply was cut off at an apartment complex in Gangseo-gu, Seoul amid a cold wave, but it was restored after 11 hours.
Yesterday (18th) around 1 pm, reports of power outages were received one after another at an apartment complex in Hwagok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
KEPCO said that about 540 households in the area suffered a power outage due to poor facilities in the apartment itself.
A KEPCO official said, “After providing emergency recovery support, the transmission was completed around 11:50 pm.”
