NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW is boosting Valve’s Steam Deck with a new native app, bringing GeForce RTX-powered cloud gaming to the handheld device. The service allows Steam Deck users to stream games at up to 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, offering enhanced visuals and performance.
The new app unlocks the full potential of the Steam Deck for cloud gaming, delivering high-fidelity experiences with technologies like HDR10, NVIDIA DLSS 4, and Reflex. Gamers can enjoy longer battery life while streaming from an RTX gaming rig in the cloud.
With the GeForce NOW app, Steam Deck users can access over 2,200 supported games from various libraries, including Steam, epic Games Store, Ubisoft, Battle.net, and Xbox. This includes over 180 PC game Pass titles.

To celebrate the app’s launch, NVIDIA is giving away two prize bundles, each featuring a Steam Deck OLED and Dock, along with GeForce NOW Ultimate memberships. Details on how to enter can be found on GeForce NOW’s social media channels.
