According to Dr. Taha Rabeh, head of the National Institute for Astronomical and Geophysical Research, a lunar eclipse will be visible in some regions, including the Americas, parts of Antarctica, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Atlantic Ocean, and eastern Polynesia.
This celestial event coincides with the full moon of the month of Rabiul Awal in 1446 Hijri.
In Egypt, the Earth’s shadow will obscure 3.5% of the Moon’s disk, equivalent to 0.085 of its diameter at its peak.
The total duration of the Moon’s passage through the Earth’s penumbra will be 4 hours and 6 minutes, while the partial eclipse will last for 1 hour and 3 minutes.
The Moon will set at 6:47:25 AM, after all phases of the partial eclipse have concluded, during the final phase of the penumbral eclipse.
