With the Notes and Phone apps, you can record, transcribe, and summarize audio content. When recording is started in the Phone app while on a call, the other party will automatically receive a notification. After hanging up, Apple Intelligence will summarize the content to help you review the important points.

Apple Intelligence helps you prioritize and stay in the moment by summarizing notifications from multiple apps. The new “Reduced Distraction” focus mode only shows notifications that may require immediate interaction, including “Priority Messages” in the Mail app. This feature understands the content of your email and pushes important messages to the front.

Siri is now more natural, flexible, and integrated into the entire experience. Apple Intelligence will gradually roll out more features later this year and in the coming months, including Image Playground, Image Wand, and the ability to create unique Genmoji designs. Availability

Apple Intelligence will be available as a free software update, with the first set of features available in beta next month as part of iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1. More features will be coming in the coming months, and it will be available for use on iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPads, and Macs with M1 or later chips with Siri language set to US English.
