[Album usage and delivery guide for fan signing]
– When signing, one of the products purchased by the customer will be used, and the signed album will be delivered after the event. (Album version not selectable)
– By applying for this event, you agree that the merchandise will be opened and signed by the artist.
– The autographed CD will be shipped within two weeks after the video call signing session ends. However, if additional freight is incurred due to customer reasons, for example: (1) Incorrect input of delivery information (name, delivery address, contact information) (2) Refusal to pay customs duties (3) The recipient is out or refuses to receive the goods, etc. , additional shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the product cannot be delivered normally due to the customer’s own reasons, Weverse may issue a refund based on its sole discretion.
* The delivery of signed CDs may be delayed due to bad weather and other natural reasons, so please understand.
– Signed CDs will be delivered through INNOMAS (Weverse Company consignment company).

1. This video call fan signing will be conducted in the order notified in the[Event Application Record].
2. Before the event starts, relevant guidelines for the event will be notified through Kakao Talk information. After you receive the Kakao Talk message, please prepare your smart device or PC in advance to wait for your order. In order to make the event go smoothly, please familiarize yourself with the Kakao Talk Face Talk operation method in advance, and confirm the network environment and charging status in advance. To prevent noise, try to make calls in a quiet place.
3. Before connecting to the call, event staff will conduct personal verification, so please prepare valid ID documents in advance. When verifying yourself, you must present a valid ID with name, date of birth, and photo. If the registration information is inconsistent with the information on the identity document, you may not be able to participate in the event.
※ The valid ID that can be used to verify the person is as follows:
– Korean nationality: Passport, Korean resident registration card, driver’s license, youth ID card (issued by the Resident Center), electronic ID card (issued by the Korean Government 24, the Korean Ministry of Public Security & National Police Agency, and PASS)
– Non-Korean nationality: passport, alien registration card
* In addition to the above-mentioned documents, other documents will not be accepted. (Student ID card, copy, photo, etc.)
* Photos, printouts of ID documents, and screenshots of electronic ID cards will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the electronic ID document APP on site.
* The information on the ID must be consistent with the information filled in when registering for the event, and a valid ID with name, date of birth, and photo must be presented. If the application information is inconsistent with the information on the identity document, you may not be able to participate in the event.
* All identification documents must be presented in a non-expired physical form.
* The ID card of Korean nationality must bear a photo, 6-digit Korean resident registration number and name, and must be issued by the head of the government department.
* If an issuance application confirmation form, etc. is used for personal verification, the official seal of the person in charge of the agency must be stamped on the document. The photo, personal information, issue number, and validity period on the certificate must be protected by a transparent sticker. Any documents that can be doubted or forged will not be accepted.
* If you fill it out in English when applying for an event and it is difficult to distinguish it from the English name on your passport, the staff may ask you to present a valid ID with a photo and English name, so please be prepared in advance.
* During personal verification, the staff may perform additional verification work to prevent transfer or forgery of the identity document. (Ask other questions, etc.)
4. Only the winners can participate in this event (one time per person), and the winning quota cannot be transferred/sold. If any improper behavior such as transfer/sale is discovered, the artist will not be allowed to participate in all future activities.
5. If the video call connection fails twice, it will jump to the next winner. We will try to connect again after the next winner has finished. However, if you are still unable to connect to the video call, you will be deemed not to participate in this event and will no longer try to connect.
6. This event will be subject to change or cancellation without prior notice based on the progress of the event, so please refer to it.
[Video Call Fan Signing Event Rules]
If the following rules are violated, the video call will be forcibly ended.
1. Only the winner can participate in this event (one time per person). If someone other than the winner or two people including the winner participate, participation may be restricted or the call may be forcibly ended.
2. When making a call, please pay attention to the following. If you violate the following content, you may be restricted from participating or the call may be forcibly ended.
– The winner calls the event organizer
– During the call, turn off the video call
– Do not close the call after completing the call with all members
3. Inappropriate and unexpected speech and behavior such as insults, slang, sexual expressions, slander of artists, etc. are prohibited. We ask that all fans behave politely.
4. In addition to signatures, this activity cannot require adding PS or unreasonable requirements. If you continue to make unreasonable demands or inappropriate words or actions to the artist, the call will be forcibly ended.
5. Only one of the winner’s name or nickname can be used in this activity. However, you cannot mix names and nicknames. If a nickname is used, the nickname will be used uniformly by all members when signing. If your nickname is deemed inappropriate, you may be sanctioned by staff.
6. It is prohibited to make unreasonable demands to artists. If you keep asking the artist for other demands or behave inappropriately, the call will be forcibly ended.
7. In order to ensure the safety of artists, staff will accompany the tour and record all activities. If inappropriate and unexpected behavior such as insults, slang, sexual expressions, or slander of artists is discovered, the staff will forcibly end the call. Regarding the content of the recording, the following information will be collected:
– Purpose of collection and use: operation and management of video call fan signing event
– Collect and use items: All video call content
– Retention and use period: Within 7 days from the end of the fan signing event, or the retention period in accordance with relevant regulations
* The personal information collected will only be used for the operation of this event and will be completely destroyed after the event.
8. Since the time of this event is limited, the selected candidates are requested to abide by the calling time. Since the time of this event is limited, all selected candidates are requested to abide by the calling time.
9. During the call, the winner is requested to prohibit video recording, audio recording, screenshots, and live broadcast (LIVE). At the same time, it is strictly prohibited to sell or trade video call data or upload it to personal social networking platforms (SNS). If discovered, the call will be forcibly ended and the uploaded post may be deleted.
10. When you have completed the video call with all members, please end the video call. If the winner does not end the call, staff may force the call to end.
