• Limit 1 per person
• All seats reserved
• Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter. Tickets are required for children 3 years old and above.
• If multiple applications are submitted under the same name, all applications may be invalidated.

Ticket sales

Tickets will be sold if there are any seats remaining after the FC-only tickets are sold.

Application period: Monday, September 30, 2024, 19:00 – Saturday, October 5, 2024, 23:59

Convenience store payment period: From the day of application to 23:59 on the day after the day of application (final deadline is 23:59 on the day before the performance date)

Important Notes

If you require a wheelchair, please contact us by 9pm the day before.

Please note the following:

• Your name will be displayed on the ticket.
• No changes or cancellations can be made after purchase for customer convenience.
• There will be no refunds or reissues for lost tickets.
• Your identity will be checked upon entry. Please be sure to bring your My Page screen and photo ID.

On the day of the performance, a live camera will be installed. Please note that customers may appear in the footage.

Please note the following venue rules:

• You may bring only one A4-sized item into the venue.
• The permanent lockers at the venue can be used after entering.
• Toilets cannot be used after the performance.

Elevator usage is available for 30 minutes, from 5 minutes before the doors open (17:10) to 20 minutes before the start of the show (17:40). Please note the following:

• The elevator is a shared facility in the building, so please be considerate to other tenants when using it and avoid causing inconvenience to them.
• When returning home, you may only use the stairs.
• If you use the elevator, you will be asked to line up at the end of the emergency stairs to enter.
• When using the elevator, traffic flow around the venue entrance will be narrower, so please be considerate to others when moving around.

Drinks can be exchanged at the reception desk (after the drink fee is collected upon entry, please take one drink next to it).

We appreciate your cooperation in using emergency stairs as usual whenever possible.
