Starting this Saturday (September 14), members of the public can submit lottery applications for free use of the relevant facilities. Free use of facilities sections on October 1st will be allocated by lottery via the “SmartPLAY Leisure Pass”.
Members of the public will be able to access the system from this Saturday to next Friday to apply for the lottery. Each application can include 3 lottery options. The results of the computer lottery allocation will be announced on the 23rd of this month.
The SmartPLAY system will notify users of winning segments. Winners will not need to confirm. If segments remain, users who have not been allocated or have not claimed free segments will be able to book via the SmartPLAY system on a first-come, first-served basis.
