Gimpo Urban Management Corporation Receives ‘Suitable’ Rating⁢ in ⁣ISO45001 Post-Certification Audit

Gimpo Urban Management Corporation announced ‍on September 19th that it received a ‘suitable’ rating as a result of a post-certification‍ audit for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (ISO45001), an international standard for occupational safety and ⁢health, conducted from August 29th to 30th.

ISO45001 certification ⁤is an international standard⁢ certification that helps companies identify potential risks ‍to workers in⁤ advance and create a safe ‍work environment and health⁤ environment. This certification is essential for organizations that prioritize the well-being and safety of⁤ their employees.

Gimpo​ Urban Management Corporation has‍ externally confirmed that it is firmly establishing an occupational health and safety management system by receiving a conformity assessment for two consecutive years in the ⁣annual post-audit conducted since ⁤obtaining⁢ the initial ISO45001‌ certification in 2022. This achievement demonstrates⁤ the corporation’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

The corporation has been actively promoting‌ safety and health management activities to prevent major accidents. Some of these initiatives include:

• Implementing safety and health-related⁣ personnel evaluations
• Strengthening the identification of hazardous⁣ and dangerous ⁤factors

In the second post-audit conducted⁢ in August, the corporation was recognized for firmly operating the certification standards⁢ in ⁢management evaluation​ of key implementation items of the ‘Serious Disaster Punishment Act’ and improvement of the safety and health management system.
