Google Adds Skin Color and Gender Options to Gmail Web Emojis

In a recent update, Google has introduced new skin color and gender options for the web version of Gmail’s emojis. Previously, users were unable to choose skin color or gender for certain emojis like hand gestures or people while composing emails. Although it was possible to manually change the skin color or gender by copying and pasting emojis from Emojipedia, this process was found to be quite cumbersome. However, with the latest update, Google has enhanced Gmail’s emoji picker by incorporating a small arrow next to the emojis, allowing users to easily select their preferred skin color and gender. This improved emoji picker is now accessible within Gmail, providing users with a more diverse and inclusive range of emojis to express themselves effectively.
