Google Introduces New Feature to Gmail for Efficient Schedule Management
Google is launching an update to its Gmail platform, bringing in a range of new features to enhance user experience. One notable addition is the ability to schedule calendar events directly within the Gmail app, eliminating the need to switch between applications.
Previously, Gmail users had to exit the app to create new calendar events or coordinate meetings. However, with the latest update, a larger calendar icon will be prominently displayed when composing an email. This allows users to effortlessly register an event and instantly generate a calendar invitation email for the selected event.
Moreover, the event summary will now be automatically inserted into the body of the email, simplifying the process of sharing schedules. Previously, accessing this option required navigating through the three-dot menu at the top of the email chat view.
This beneficial feature is set to be available to all Gmail users starting on the 31st of this month, significantly improving their productivity and efficiency.

When you update Gmail, you’ll see a new, larger calendar icon when composing an email. With this, you can conveniently register an event in an email, and a calendar invitation email for the selected event is automatically created.
Additionally, the event summary was inserted into the body of the email, making the schedule sharing process easier. Previously, you could only access this option via the three-dot menu at the top of the email chat view.
