A Day in the Life
A typical day involves a balance of client interaction and technical problem-solving. Tasks include:

Völkerling particularly enjoys the client interaction and the variety of the role, which exposes her to different technologies, industries, and stakeholders.
Programme Progression & Responsibilities
From the start of the programme in September 2023, Völkerling was given independence and ownership while receiving adequate support. Her responsibilities have expanded over the past two years, allowing her to tackle increasingly complex tasks. The programme emphasizes active participation rather than passive observation.
