Half of the Americans felt ‘frustrated’ during the first year of Biden’s presidency

U.S. President Joe Biden is struggling with approval ratings ahead of his first anniversary on the 20th (local time).

In particular, a large number of respondents were found to be dissatisfied with the Biden administration’s economic policies, such as inflation (inflation) and supply chain problems.

70% of respondents were against President Biden’s inflation measures. 52% of respondents said that inflation has gotten worse.

In the case of the evaluation of measures to prevent the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), 64% were ‘negative’.

The biggest complaint about quarantine measures was information confusion (69%). It was followed by mandatory vaccination at 61% and insufficient compared to Omicron at 47%.

Meanwhile, as for President Biden’s personal preference, 55% liked it, about 10% more than the 45% disliked.

Biden also showed a higher preference for Biden in a bilateral confrontation with former President Trump.

45% said ‘President Biden is better’ and 39% said ‘ex-President Trump is better’. ‘No preference’ was 16%.
