Rower Rebecca Shorten has returned to training, setting her sights on the 2025 World Championships in Shanghai. The Great Britain trials in april will determine which boat she will compete in, she said.

The Northern Ireland native hopes to inspire other women from her region. She said securing two medals would be a “really cool feat” and a “new challenge.”
“To do that and pave the way for a Northern Irish woman, I think would be really special,” Shorten said.
