Thereby, the Project Management Board affirmed the BT Contract of Hanoi People’s Committee with the investor (Joint venture of Hanoi Housing and Urban Development Joint Stock Company and Hoang Ha Construction Company Limited) and businesses. project (Hoang Mai Hanoi Construction Investment Company Limited) with a contract implementation period of 36 months from the date of commencement of construction of the BT project (Project started on March 19, 2014).
During implementation, due to site problems, the project was behind schedule and the contract implementation period was extended to June 30, 2018. The project has extended the contract implementation period until June 30, 2018. Up to now, the project contract has expired.
Ring Road 2.5 is in disarray after many years of slow construction
Regarding the handover of the reciprocal project of the BT Contract (new urban area expansion project in the North and Northwest of Dai Kim – Dinh Cong), the Project Management Board said that currently the Investor has not The City People’s Committee allocated land for the reciprocal project for implementation. Regarding this content, on December 18, 2020, the Project Management Board sent to the Investor, and at the same time sent to the City People’s Committee, Department of Planning and Investment, and Department of Transport in document No. 2752/BQLCTGT-KH.
