Texollini, founded in 1989, is a renowned American textile manufacturer boasting exceptional capabilities in the synthetic fiber field. The company’s expertise spans fabric production, dyeing, printing, finishing, design, and research and development. Notable clients include New Balance, Champion, Patagonia, and Alo Yoga.
Strengthening Synthetic Fiber Production Technology
Hansae Industrial expects the acquisition to bolster its synthetic fiber production technology, enabling the company to capitalize on the growing nearshoring trend in Central and South America.
Texollini’s State-of-the-Art Factory
Texollini’s factory features a fully automated production process, allowing for 24/7 operation. The facility produces over 1 million pounds of over 4,000 different types of fabrics every month and dyes 1.2 million yards of fabric monthly. Strategically located in Long Beach, California, the factory has easy access to major transportation networks, including highways, sea, air, and rail.
Expanding Product Categories and Portfolio
Hansae Industrial plans to leverage Texollini’s synthetic fiber development technology and know-how to expand its product categories and portfolio, including activewear, underwear, and swimwear. The company aims to strengthen profitability by increasing orders and expanding high-priced product groups such as activewear.
