[UPDATE 28 พ.ย. 2023, /23:00น. ตามเวลาในประเทศไทย]
After this news spread Many questions have arisen, especially from those who currently use Roon’s services, most recently Enno Vandermeer. Roon’s founder and CEO released a statement to the Roon community, in part, answering those questions:

• The status of all monthly, annual and lifetime subscriptions remains active. and will continue without interruption.

• The trial will continue and changes can usually be made.

• There will be no change in the billing process.

• This community site (will continue to be a source for discussion about Roon, audio equipment and music as always.

• CUSTOMER CARE Roon’s customer support services will continue as is currently the case.

• All Roon-compatible audio products will continue to work with Roon, and Roon is committed to continuing to certify new Roon Ready and Roon Tested products from all brands.

• Our familiar team will continue to work with Roon as always.

Another concern for Age of Roon users or those paying a large sum of money for a one-time purchase. (currently almost 30,000 baht) is what will happen to them if the company shrinks or is sold? This question was asked in October 2015, and Roon co-founder Danny Dulai responded as follows:

“The Roon team was formed from the remnants of the Sooloos team which was formed over 10 years ago. We continue to maintain the infrastructure for Sooloos users who have joined us since the first time in 2006. We are in a business with long-term commitments. We do not receive any external funding. And we have already rejected some purchase offers, this company, this product, is our life. our love And we intend to be here for a long, long time.

Of course, I cannot say what will happen in the future. But it would definitely make me bleed if I couldn’t take care of those life members. You really can go on for the rest of your life 😀”
