Mumbai Indians Women achieved the target of 127 runs set by Gujarat Giants by losing five wickets in 18.1 overs. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur (46* off 41 balls) is Mumbai’s top scorer. Harman finished the game with a six off the first ball of the 19th over. This is Mumbai’s second straight win of the season.
After losing the toss and batting first, Amelia Kher, who took four wickets for 17 runs, and Shabnim Ismail, who conceded 18 runs and dismissed three men, restricted Gujarat Giants to 126 runs for 9 wickets in the 20 overs and noted.
